Shipping & Delivery

Click & Collect - Papakura, Auckland, NZ

Please choose this option at checkout. Your order will be ready within 24 hours during the working week. Orders placed during the weekend will be ready the following Monday. Orders placed during a public Holiday will be ready the following business day unless stated and/or notified otherwise
An email will be sent to organise booking a pick up time with you. Our collection service is by appointment only as we are not a storefront and are not always available on location. 

If you do not pick up your order within 21 days (without contact) - we will restock the order. 

Shipping Methods & Rates 

Standard - 2-4 business days - $10.00
Rural - 2-7 days business days  - $12.50
Larger orders may result in an increase in shipping price. 

All times and dates for delivery of your order, these are given in good faith and are estimates only. Unfortunately we cannot control the courier companies but will assist in any way we can if there is a delay. 

If an order is returned due to an unknown or unrecognisable address, the customer is responsible for the additional delivery fee. 

Do we supply international shipping? 

Currently we only ship internationally to Australia.

Other shipping restrictions

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not offer same day delivery. 

Please ensure you enter the correct address upon check out. 
Once your package has been collected by the courier we are unable to redirect on our end.
